Article 1 – General
These terms and conditions apply to every offer from LAVENTÉ and to every
distance contract concluded between LAVENTÉ and the consumer.

Article 3 – The Offer
We strive to describe and display our products as accurately and clearly as possible.
Mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding.

Article 4 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and
completes payment. By placing an order with us, you agree to these general terms
and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, for
example in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

Article 5 - Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon. We
accept payment via iDeal.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without stating a
reason. You will receive a full refund of the product price, excluding shipping costs,
provided the item is unused and undamaged. 

Article 7 – Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs will be shown during checkout. Delivery time is typically 1–5 business
days within the Netherlands. We ship via PostNL or DHL.

Article 8 - Liability
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days. Our liability is limited
to the amount of the purchase price of the respective product or service. We are not
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We are not
liable for buttons that fall loose from the headscarves.

Article 9- Privacy
We respect your privacy and will only use your personal data in accordance with our
privacy policy.
